Waymon has over 30 years of project management/ construction management experience with constructing housing, industrial, and infrastructure projects.  

Waymon was a senior executive with the Bing Group, overseeing the design and construction of the Superb Manufacturing Plant.  Waymon also was the former Executive Vice President for Contract Services at the DEGC for nearly 13 years, managing the successful land acquisition and assembly efforts of the I-94 Industrial Park, East Riverfront District, Jefferson Village residential development, Paradise Valley and the Rosa Parks Transit Center. Waymon is currently chairman of the capital improvements sub-committee managing a ($300 million) adaptive reuse of the Cobo Convention Center. Mr. Guillebeaux is responsible for providing management and oversight of pre-development and construction activities for capital improvement projects.
